Our adoption fees include spay or neuter, microchip, and vaccines up to and including the rabies vaccine. All of our dogs over the age of 6 months are checked for heart-worm disease. If the dog tested negative we will have started it on heart-worm preventative. If the dog tested positive we will treat it. All of our adoptable cats are screened for FeLV/FIV.
St. Francis CARE will not adopt dogs or cats to homes where they will spend their whole life outside.
